Details of the Project
City of Osmaniye 328 Houses has building plot of 22.300 m2 and is in form of total of 10 blocks in form of ground + 4 floors provides high living standards with 90 each residences. There are built in kitchen equipment, Jacuzzi, split, air conditioning facility, uninterrupted water supply, fire sensing installation, intercom installation, data system in the scope of the project and entrance – exit to the building is attained around the clock (24 hours). The location contains closed pool, fitness, cafe, Turkish bath, child playing areas and car parks.

Project was built by using tunnel form system and has a construction area of 41.760 m2. There are 280 each housing units built with all kinds of infrastructure and with environmental arrangement, connection road, car park and planting works on 65.000 m2 of area completed within 6 months.

Erzurum – Yıldızkent 2nd Region, Construction Works Of 420 Each Housing Unit, School, Business Center, Basement Of Mosque, Library, In Island Infrastructure And Environmental Arrangement Works.
In the scope of Project, there are 420 each housing units built with the tunnel form system and in addition there are primary school with 24 classrooms, shopping center, and mosque buildings completed in the Project. Total closed area of the entire project, is 81.840 m2. The completed infrastructure systems, environmental arrangement works, roads, car parks, playing areas for children totals 110.000 m2 and a contemporary living region is created with planting in the area.

Construction works of infrastructure and environmental arrangement works of 1500 each temporary living Area ad 800 each Disaster Housing, 1 each Primary School with 32 class rooms, 1 each High School with 32 class rooms, 1 each mosque and 1 each Business Center. Total construction area of the project is 120.000 m2.
